Hotel venue so fairly flexible on drop off/pick-up but would need to confirm with them. One day event - 10am - 4pm approx so would need to be in place for these times. Would be great if you could check the photos of the space to make sure you're happy and also if you could send measurements so I can check the hotel is happy. (Apologies if you've had two requests from me - I'm on a train with dodgy wifi!)
