Please provide more detail: If this is a multi-day event do the times vary. Are there any restrictions on arrival and departure from the site?
This is a single-day event taking place on Thursday 15 October 2026 at Scarborough Rugby Club.
The event itself will run from approximately 9.30am–4.30pm. We would be happy for the Mobiloo to arrive earlier to allow plenty of time for positioning and set-up before guests arrive.
There are no known restrictions on arrival or departure from the site, and there is vehicle access to the venue. We can liaise with the venue and provide any further access or positioning information required ahead of the event.
The Mobiloo will be an important part of ensuring our 40th Anniversary Launch is fully accessible and inclusive for everyone attending.
