The Keswick Convention is a three-week Christian festival. The Convention is run by Keswick Ministries, a Christian charity. We expect approximately 5000 guests each week, including children and adults of all ages. During the first week, we run a specific stream for adults with special learning or physical needs/disabilities, but we welcome and support adults and children with SEND for all three weeks.
On our site, we have five wheelchair accessible toilets, and two further accessible toilets for those with limited mobility, but we currently do no have any facilities that can accommodate users who needs a hoist or an accessible shower. The nearest Changing Places toilet is 14 miles away.
We have just finished this year's Convention, where the issue of the lack of a toilet with a hoist has been raised again. As part of that feedback from a parent of a child who needs this type of facility, they have provided me with a link to your website. I have watched your video, and from what I've seen I'd be very interested to learn whether you might be able to help and what sort of price we may be looking at.
I look forward to hearing from you.
