Approx. 5-6 school groups with students who require a changing place to use throughout their visit, exact number of young people unknown at this stage, perhaps 15-30.
Timings:
- Doors open from 11:00am when schools start to arrive
- The performance starts at 12:15pm and finishes at approx. 2:50pm
- Schools depart, normally clear by approx. 3:30-4:00pm
To be parked outside the building on Bow Street, exact location to be confirmed. Arrive in advance of schools, so set up and ready to go by 10.30am, depart after 4pm. I will contact the council to discuss parking arrangements. What dimensions would the vehicle be and how much parking space does it require?
