I am an occupational therapist overseeing an extension for a house with 3 disabled people in it. Rather than moving them out, they would prefer to stay at the home while the works are being completed. They are not full time wheelchair uses at this time. Could I please have a quote so I can add this to the DFG (disabled facilities grant) so it can be authorised please? I really need it by the end of 21st July so my funding application can be secured. I have put the clients address down on this form. Please do not make contact with them, only myself at the moment.
