Dear Sir/Madam

Please could you let me know if we are able to book your mobile toilet and hoist van to attend our Fun Day on Wednesday 30th September from 9.30am to around 4pm, near Yeovil Somerset?

We are currently looking at Yeovil Rugby Club as our venue, which is just to the south of Yeovil, Somerset.

I wondered if you could let me know if you need access to the mains electricity for one day events, and water.

I will send under separate cover some photographs of two different outside electrical mains supply points at our potential new venue near Yeovil, Somerset. I wondered if you could confirm whether you need the electrical supply and water, and whether you need to empty the cassette on site on the day?
