This a one day event to celebrate Rainbow Trust Children's Charity 40th Anniversary and provide a tea party for the families we support in the Essex and East London area.
Many of the families we support have a child with complex medical needs and need changing places facilities. Unfortunately, the venue can't provide these facilities so I'm just looking into alternative ideas to ensure that our tea party is accessible to all the families we support.
I have spoken with the venue and they have a large car park where they have said that they can accommodate this. The tea party itself will be from 11am to 3pm.
I would really appreciate it if someone could get back to me to let me if this is possible and if so, how much would it cost?
