Hello, we are a care company based in Bracknell supporting people with disabilities. We are holding a talent show at The MECA, Swindon on 11 June. People will arrive from midday and will finish by 4:30-5pm. The venue has 1 accessible toilet inside but we need another. There is enough hardstanding at the main entrance which could accommodate a portable, accessible toilet or mobiloo van. The venue has assured me that it wouldn't need council permission. Would you have availability and if so please can you send me a quote. Thank you
