My name is Jacqueline, and I am writing on behalf of Starup CIC. We are organising a local Latin community event at Bermondsey Spa Gardens, Spa Road, London SE16 3UA, on Saturday 23 May 2026.

This is a one-day outdoor event which will run until 6:30pm. The event is being organised to support the integration and participation of local residents through culture, music, and community activities. It is a community, non-profit event, and not a commercial business event.

We would like to request a quotation for:

4 standard portable toilets
1 accessible portable toilet for people with disabilities

Our event is supported by Southwark Council through the Cultural Celebration Fund 2026.

As a CIC working with limited funding, we would be very grateful if you could also let us know whether you may be able to offer a community discount or any special rate for non-profit organisations.

Could you please confirm:

Your availability for 23 May 2026 from 7am - 6:30pm
Whether delivery, installation, and collection are included
The total price, including VAT
Whether any discount could be offered for a CIC and community event

Could you also please let us know how your delivery and collection service usually works for portable toilets?

For example, would there be any issue with delivering them on the morning of the event and collecting them later that same evening, once the event has finished? If not, please let us know what timing options you normally offer.
