I know these units work until they are full or run out of water. So, depending on usage, we want to have one at the start at Langham Place, and one at the stationary point at the end in Trafalgar Square. Then, the first unit could either join the second at the end point, or drive away and be free. With that in mind, can I grab some quotes for you (assuming you have units available!) for the following:

Date: Saturday 25th July

Unit A Location 1: 309 Regent St., London W1B 2HW

Unit B Location 2: Trafalgar Sq, London WC2N 5DS

Option A:
Unit A in Location 1 - 11am - 2pm
Unit B in Location 2 - 1pm - 7pm

Option B:

Unit A in Location 1 - 11am. Travels to Location 2 at start of march (roughly 1-2pm)
Unit B in Location 2 1pm
Both Units released at 7pm.
