I am organising a private birthday party for my son who is a wheelchair user. Most of his friends are also wheelchair uses and we will need facilities to be able to change. So far, I have organised a venue for 27th June but have also been offered the 5th of July. I am looking for it to be an afternoon party possibly 2-4pm? Could you please give me an idea as to whether you would be able to help with this event and how much it would cost?
