Hello, I just spoke to James on the phone. Our event is a summer festival for home educating families. It is a not for profit and run entirely by volunteers from within the company. We have a larger than average amount of people with various accessibility needs who attend our events (this is due to many families choosing to home educate because the school is not able to meet their needs) and so we would like to provide the best facilities we can.

Our set up day is 2nd Aug 2026, but in order to keep costs down it would be ok to arrive on the 3rd, provided you can be on site and set up before midday. This is when our attendees start arriving. If this isn't possible and our costs allow it, we would book you from the 2nd, but we appreciate this takes it into another weekend that may be cost prohibitive for us.

Departure from the site on the 10th would need to be before 4pm. Our attendees are off site by midday and so we'd like you on site until then, but if you need to depart in the morning we may be able to arrange this and give out attendees advance notice. This can be discussed at a later point if needed.

We would need 24/7 access to the facility for our attendees.
