The Mobiloo project has only been possible due to the support offered by our partners, and the organisations and individuals who have donated both time, funding and equipment for the Mobiloo.
The Mobiloo project is led by Active Impact, a Gloucestershire social enterprise committed to extending opportunities for disabled young people alongside their non-disabled peers.
The Mobiloo is unique. Its design and construction has been led by Richard Ashby at Equi-Trek Ltd, ably supported by Marc Mein and Ray Snell at Arjohuntleigh, Anthony Kilgariff at Astor Bannerman and Tony Baugh at Brecon Mobility Ltd.
We’d like to thank lots of other individuals and organisations who have helped and/or funded the project:
Joy Goudswaard, Sheila Talwar (St Rose’s School), Rachel Levay (Allsorts), Eve and Co Marketing, Gloucestershire County Council, Carers Gloucestershire, David and Caroline Ashmead (Bisley Leisure Hire), Luttons Dunford Solicitors, DJB Cleaning Supplies Ltd, GAVCA (Performance Reward Grant), Gloucestershire Association for Disability, National Star, REMAP, Stroud District Council, Olympic Cars Ltd, Elaine Shipway, The Gyde Charity, Jackie Barnett, Sharron Ashley-Hill, David Eades and Our volunteer driver-attendants.
It’s not too late to add your name to our list of supporters. Call Philip Douch on 01453 298337 to find out more about this unique opportunity.
